Service terms

Effective date: February 21, 2026

Service scope

These services host a trust-first intake, matching, and provider onboarding workflow for families and homeowners. The workflow includes queue review, manual moderation touchpoints, and explicit status guidance before transfer.

  • We do not sell or market healthcare, home-care, or home-modification claims as guaranteed services.
  • We do not provide emergency coordination, medical direction, or legal licensing enforcement.
  • All matches and listings should be validated locally before use.

Submission and queue terms

  • Lead intake and provider forms feed into separate processing queues.
  • Submission confirms that provided details are accurate to the best of the submitter's knowledge.
  • Queue statuses are operational indicators and do not themselves represent legal guarantees.

Provider and consumer rights

  • Providers may request review outcomes, corrections, and removal paths through the provider workflow.
  • Consumers may request data access and deletion through authenticated compliance pathways.
  • Complaints and disputes can be filed through the public complaint process.

Moderation and compliance

  • Publication changes remain review-gated until moderation passes quality checks.
  • Data handling changes and audit actions are logged for traceability.
  • We may update this policy with notice on this page and keep change history in release documentation.

Limitation and legal disclaimer

Matching quality varies by geography and available verified providers. No party should rely on this platform as the sole basis for urgent care or safety decisions. You remain responsible for direct confirmation with licensed or certified professionals.
